1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free Standard Ground Shipping to the USA, Canada, and Mexico (2–7 business days).
- UPS 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next-Day Shipping (calculated at checkout for the USA).
- International Shipping: For locations outside of Canada and Mexico, DHL Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
4. International Shipping
- Orders shipping outside of Canada and Mexico will be shipped via DHL Express.
- Duties and local taxes are paid by the customer at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly via the email notification.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days at contact@hangaroutdoor.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.
