1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Free Standard Ground Shipping to the USA on light products (2–7 business days).
  • $50 Flat rate shipping to the USA on heavy products.
  • UPS 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next-Day Shipping (calculated at checkout for the USA).
  • International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, taxes and duties may apply.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on lightweight orders within the USA.

4. International Shipping

  • Orders shipping outside of the USA will be shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or Fedex and calculated at checkout.
  • Duties and local taxes are paid by the customer at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order directly via the email notification.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days at contact@hangaroutdoor.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.
