Warranty
Hangar Outdoor products are backed by a 15-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship across all products.
Coverage
This warranty applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failures
- Powder coat or finish defects
- Corrosion under normal use conditions
Coverage is valid only when products are used in typical residential or commercial environments.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
- Use outside of typical environments (including, but not limited to, marine, RV, or other atypical applications)
- Damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, or external forces
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Normal wear and tear
- Dirt buildup or deterioration caused by overgrown vegetation
Eligibility
Warranty claims are evaluated by Hangar Outdoor at its sole discretion.
Customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Photos or other acceptable documentation clearly showing the issue
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the issue.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Remedy
If a product is deemed defective under this warranty, Hangar Outdoor will, at its discretion:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Offer credit toward a different unit
No product return is required to process a claim.
Shipping
Hangar Outdoor will cover shipping costs for warranty replacements within the continental United States
For customers outside the continental United States, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the replacement or credit value of the product.
Hangar Outdoor is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
