I had much difficulty finding a system that would cover my unit and divert water coming off the roof. my HOA put in gutters, but the leaf debris and dirt just ran over the top of their gutters and landed on my unit anyway. When I found this unit, I immediately ordered it. There are a few points not covered in the animated demo of how to construct it, but I managed. It works great.

It arrived :) So, I'm a machinist by trade and now teach at the local Community College. The quality of packing, components, Instructions, and ease of assembly were not lost on me -Kudos!!!
I've attached a few images, I think you'll like the custom bend to avoid the slim duct - keep up the great work!!!
Very nice minisplit roof! Well built and easy to assemble. It will be interesting to see how it performs in the snow, but I can wait!
