Great product!

This is a great product and was super easy to assemble. It looks way nicer than other covers that I was able to research. I would highly recommend this for any heat pump unit.

Great product - well built

I put a mini-split in my garage. I’ve had trouble multiple times last winter with snow either on the unit itself or slowly coming off the garage above and landing on it, then melting and getting sucked in by the fan and then turning into large icicles in the unit hitting the plastic fan blades. It’s sounds like a machine gun, and I have to turn it off, because I’m worried it’s going to break a fan blade. I thought of making something, but I saw this online and thought I’d try it. I was going to be very critical of any review, because of how expensive this thing is. But I have to say, it appears to be very well built. It installed fine and looks good. I do believe it will fix my issue too. Thanks

Easy install

I am very pleased with the quality and the ease with which I was able to install the mini snow cap. I received the order on schedule and was able to assemble and install in about an hour and half. Just in time for major snow storm here in E. Lyme, CT. Thanks again for such a high quality Snow Cap.

The only suprise was that I had to modify steps #1 & 2. In my outdoor unit (Fujitsu Model AOU36RLXFZH) there were two screws on near the corners of one side but ONLY 1 screw near the middle of the other side). So I had to drill holes to mount screws for the 2 brackets (C) on that side. Otherwise everything else worked well.
