I ordered two Snow Caps for new heat pumps that need protection from New England snow and rain. They were delivered in a timely fashion and in the same condition they left ‘Hangar’, as they were very well packaged. I had a few questions before taking the plunge and installing the first cap, so I rang customer service and spoke directly with Braden and then sent him some photographs. He replied quickly with advice that gave me the confidence to proceed with what turned out to be a straightforward assembly and installation using the well-illustrated instructions.
